TECHNOLOGY solutions provider Revez Corporation has acquired media company PGK Digital Networks (PGK) for S$4 million, in a bid to boost its technological capabilities. PGK is now its wholly-owned subsidiary, the Catalist-listed firm announced in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

As Singapore takes on a major role in Smart and Green Plan 2030 developments, the start of its transformation was announced recently as a “whole-of-nation’ movement advancing its national agenda on sustainability and technology.
